Today’s homily: Good Shepherd Sunday [2025]

On Good Shepherd Sunday, the Church turns to Christ, the Bonus Pastor, who lays down His life for His flock. As the conclave approaches to elect Pope Francis’s successor, we pray fervently for a true shepherd—faithful, courageous, and holy—who will lead the Church in truth amid confusion. Let us invoke the Holy Ghost, renew our own fidelity, and trust in Christ, who remains the eternal Shepherd of souls.
