Today’s homily: St. Athanasius of Alexandria (2025)

St. Athanasius, champion of Christ’s divinity, stood firm against heresy when most bishops wavered. Exiled five times for defending the Nicene Creed, he shows us that truth often stands alone—but never falls. As the Church nears a new conclave, we must pray for a pope like Athanasius: fearless, faithful, and firm in doctrine. In a world of compromise, may we too remain steadfast in the faith that overcomes the world.
