Today’s homily: The Apparition of St Michael the Archangel (2025)

On this feast of St. Michael’s apparition at Monte Gargano, we recall his role as defender of the Church and prince of the heavenly host. As the cardinals gather in conclave, we must fervently pray for a holy pope, guided by God and defended by the angels. Let us reject scandal, embrace humility, and invoke St. Michael daily in our battle against evil. May the angels help us bless the Lord and live as faithful children of the Kingdom.
