Today’s homily: The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus (2025)

The Sacred Heart reveals Christ’s infinite love poured out for all through His pierced side—blood and water, the Church’s life. Against cold heresies like Calvinism and Jansenism, this feast proclaims divine mercy, calling us to Eucharistic adoration and reparation. To love the Sacred Heart is to be conformed to it: to forgive, suffer, and serve as Christ did. “Behold the Heart that has so loved men.” Let us return love for love.
